About
A professional path connecting engineering, sustainability, research, and education.
My work combines technical environmental training with years of manufacturing, audit, quality-assurance, and applied research experience.
Professional identity
Environmental engineer with an industrial sustainability foundation.
I began in textile engineering, where I developed a practical understanding of manufacturing systems, materials, quality, and supply chains.
I later expanded into Environmental Sciences & Management and Environmental Engineering, adding formal training in water and wastewater, environmental management systems, life-cycle thinking, GIS, sustainability, and environmental analysis.
Across third-party auditing and quality-assurance roles, I evaluated management systems, sustainability standards, traceability, corrective actions, and responsible-sourcing requirements in manufacturing environments. That industry perspective now informs how I think about environmental research and implementation.
I completed an M.S. in Environmental Engineering at Lamar University in 2026 and supported research through the Center for Resiliency. I also teach Environmental Systems, helping students connect science with real environmental problems.
